
Finally I lost my baby fat. Usually my fat grow near my hip and also my face (puff fish). Finally I get myself back in shape. Just nice!

Lunch: Little rice + bean + tofu
Exercise: Sauna (30 minutes + do some simple exercise)
Dinner: Chamomile tea + 2 Jacobs biscuit + Red bean puff

Breakfast: Milk
Lunch: Little rice + bean + egg
Dinner: Chamomile tea
Wednesday
Breakfast: Soya Milk
Lunch: Little rice + bean + hard boil egg
Exercice: Sauna (30 minutes + do some simple exercise)
Dinner: Chamomile tea + Prunes + Hard boil egg
Thursday
Breakfast: Egg tart + Soya milk
Lunch: Little rice + bean + tofu
Dinner: Chamomile tea
Friday
Breakfast: Soya Milk
Lunch: Little rice + vegetables + tofu
Tea time: Pu er tea
Exercise: Sauna (30 minutes + do some simple exercise)
Dinner: Chamomile tea + Prunes
Saturday
Breakfast: Raw coffee
Lunch: Fish and Chips
Tea time: Pu er tea
