A lot of discontented incident happen this month. My mood wasn’t that good due to emotional distracted. There is condition that link to fear and complex emotions that trigger my ed/b. I am so disappointed with myself all over again of losing the battle. In conclusion, I still need the new formula medicine that prescribes to me. Today, I went to the hotel coffee garden to calm myself. No one is distracting my thinking. I don’t want to hear distracting sound! I don’t want to see and talk with sarcastic people! I don’t want to hear any bad words! After much thinking, I finally make a final decision (^.^).

A note to myself “ No pain no gain”. Fighting!

I guess the best sushi at mainland will be Sushi Zento. If you manage to try other sushi outlet I will guaranty that you will immediately fall in love with Sushi Zento. Sushi King is a preferable for casual dinner or lunch but Sushi Zento offers a better choice in terms of unique food. I mean more choices that any other Japanese Restaurant in mainland. I guess the best sushi at mainland will be Sushi Zento. If you manage to try other sushi outlet I will guaranty that you will immediately fall in love with Sushi Zento. This is the only Japanese Restaurant that serve “??” tofu which is my favorite tofu.

This is a very good book for those who want to improve their English. Believe me, I never read all the pages. I will only flip through the topic that I like. Indeed, this book is a very useful resource to improve your vocabulary. I do found out the English written is very simple and straightforward to the point. It makes us easy to understand what the content is all about.

Overall, I love their interior design where you can feel like living in 21st century. As for the food, the main dish will be their signature hot stone dishes such as stone age tilapia fish, salmon and ect . This is main attraction which I found it was quiet unique.

Life is a garden. It is an opportunity. You can grow weeds, you can grow roses. Its all depends on you.

Is already May, time pass like the blink of an eye. My heart is full of soreness and happiness at the same time. Sometimes I just feel like a fool who wait for miracle to happen. Please just give me something to live for. I hate myself for hoping. I hate myself for loving. Perhaps is better to fall back and let things unfold rather than trying to fix everything and make it better. Depression is so insidious and it compounds daily, that it’s impossible to ever see the end or perhaps the motivation to get well is not even there. The outcomes affect me more that it should do. Possibly I choose to remain miserable. Please end here, please end here, please and please and please…. I’m tired, I’m tired, I’m tired…..

I need something to cheer me up but I don’t know how….
