I went for a lunch with my dad. When my dad said “Is very delicious”. I will definitely give 5 out of 5. Yes, this food was amazing. I love their signature spice that you can’t find it anywhere. Here is the description of :

Coming from a illustrious career in the food industry with multiple awards, Chef Henry was one of the top chefs in the renowned Hyatt Hotel with a talent for curving ice sculptures.
Chef Henry also founded the famous Monte Cristo Catering Services, which became one of the top names in Singapore that wined and dined many corporate and government leaders in Singapore.
Putting together his vast experience in western food and Peranakan food ( he’s a 2nd generation Nyonya), he established Istanbul Gourmet in 1995 which served a wicked range of fusion food such as the ever popular Laksa and Chicken Donar Kebab.
Warming the bellies of many a Singaporeans, it has become a main stay in the food scene in Singapore and soon to be in Malaysia.
